As a mom, athlete, and coach, Sasha is used to busy days. She loves how Tecton helps her feel calm and focused as she prepares to coach basketball, whether she’s coaching her daughter’s middle school basketball team, a high school team, or the most competitive club team in the country.
Sasha is a water drinker and only drinks beverages with zero added sugar. She enjoys how Tecton delivers a refreshing taste without a sugar rush and thinks it can benefit players before, during, and after a game.
While Sasha can see the benefits of drinking Tecton before or after a workout, she particularly enjoys having a can of Tecton in the afternoon. She finds it provides her with the mental clarity she needs to get through the day and be her best for her teams and her kids.
We only get one life. To be great consistently, it’s essential to find something great in every single day and to keep working to be the best.
